Data hosting
Customer data is hosted with Infomaniak (Geneva, Switzerland) and Eonix (Mons, Belgium), according to each customer's needs. Questions put to Nalyx AI are processed by Anthropic (United States), under standard contractual clauses; this feature can be switched off.
