The supermarket week, in figures
Every Monday, the past week is read department by department: sales, gross margin and wastage, alongside the budget and the previous year. You see straight away which department is dragging the margin down. Semi-net margin and wage share are tracked for the store.
Before promo week, Nalyx suggests order quantities based on your past sales and flags risky promotions. During the week, it tracks what is actually selling.
Several stores, one view
From your second store, the comparison tool puts your outlets side by side, department by department and supplier by supplier. Each store keeps its own suppliers, its own records and its own data.
