Camera management
Nalyx places each camera on the store plan and shows what it really covers. The state of the camera estate is monitored continuously: a camera that is black, blocked, blurred or moved is spotted before the day you need the footage.
An entrance camera can count people coming through the door, giving the store's footfall hour by hour.
Shrinkage, alerts and evidence files
Unknown shrinkage is tracked by product family and by department. Alerts flag the discrepancies that deserve a check, and the relevant evidence is gathered in an evidence file.
