Rota software for stores
The Nalyx Team management block builds a supermarket's weekly rota. Nalyx cross-references the store's needs, day by day and role by role, with each employee's contract, skills, availability and absences. A need that nobody can cover stays visible as a shift to fill.

Generating the week
One click on Generate places real employees on the week's needs. The engine respects contracts and their hours, each person's skills, declared availability, absences and the minimum 11-hour rest between two working days. Anything that cannot be covered stays shown in red, still to fill.
Where the needs come from
The store's needs (how many people, in which role, at what time) are pre-filled from the rotas of the last eight weeks. Once entrance counting is installed, Nalyx also suggests needs based on measured footfall. The manager adjusts them before generating.
What team management includes
- A team directory, store by store, with contracts and roles.
- Attendance and absence calendar.
- Absence management: holidays and sick leave, to approve.
- Availability declared by each employee, and the setup of roles and time slots.
- Hours counter and team performance.
- Contracts: creation, changes and termination, reserved for the owner.
Public holidays and the cost of the week
Belgian public holidays are closed by default; the store opens the ones it trades on. The rota shows the hours and estimated cost of the week before it is paid, next to the expected sales.
Publishing and notifying
Once published, the rota appears in Nalyx Team, on each employee's phone, with their own working hours. Any change after publication is flagged. Employees declare their availability and request leave from the same app; the manager approves them in absence management, and the next rota takes them into account.
