The Nalyx Reporting and back office block prepares a supermarket's month-end. Nalyx estimates payroll from hours and contracts, prepares the export in your payroll provider's (secrétariat social) format and keeps simplified accounts. The final payroll calculation and the declarations remain with the payroll provider.

General reporting, in four parts
- Monday: the estimated profitability of the past week, hours and sales.

Payroll: Nalyx estimates, the payroll provider calculates
Nalyx estimates staff costs from contracts and the hours actually clocked. The estimate is marked as such on screen: net pay is not calculated, and the payslip issued by the payroll provider is the reference.
Nalyx prepares the hours export in your payroll provider's format. Nalyx files nothing with the payroll provider itself: you stay in control of sending. When the payroll provider returns the month's payslips, Nalyx can file them automatically in each employee's record.
The Dimona
Nalyx prepares the Dimona declaration for a new starter; filing is done on the social security portal, guided step by step, or by your payroll provider. A Dimona filed by the payroll provider can be recorded in Nalyx.
Simplified accounts
Nalyx accounting draws on the week's sales (VAT by rate), an imported expenses file and wages from the payroll history. Each month, Nalyx produces the export for your accountant's software. The day's till close, with its discrepancies, is sent to the accountant from Profitability.
Wage share
Wage share compares the wage bill with the store's sales. Nalyx tracks wage share every week, against the threshold you set yourself, so you see what a week of rota costs before it is paid.
